The liberation times and the official dark times have been set to correspond with our locality. Competing any other days is not allowed.

Each flier will report his intention to compete to the Central Timer no later than 7 days before the fly.

A flier is allowed to postpone the liberation time by up to 60 minutes (for instance, due to the lack of early morning light in deep valleys)

Not mailing the Fly Sheet on Monday after the fly weekend will result in DQ (the post office date stamped on the envelope decides).
